1. Is there any upfront cost that I need to pay?

No, there is not any upfront cost to be paid for using any services on DefenseStation platform. You are only charged for what you use.

2. When will I be charged for my current usage?

You will be charged for the current usage of this month at the start of the next month i.e. 1st of every month, your billing cycle starts and ends at month end.

3. How can I check my current usage?

Go to dashboard, you can check all of the usage shown in the terms of data sent or recieved till now.

4. How can I cancel my subscription to any service?

To cancel your subscription, you just need to opt-out of the service, at the main dashboard of DefenseStation.

Sypher

1. Do DefenseStation have access to any of my data in plain text?

No, DefenseStation can never access your data in plain text. In fact, your data never leaves your browser.

2. How can I use Sypher to request data from multiple senders?

Its simple. You can just type in the list of email addresses seperated by commas in the given field. All the senders will get an email with the link to share the requested information with you.

3. Where is my encrypted data stored?

Your encrypted data sits in the database of DefenseStation. Though we can never decrypt your data because we never get access to the decryption key.

4. How Sypher works with Outlook?

To encrypt your emails using Sypher, you can just add Confidential in the subject of the mail, and it will be automatically converted to an encrypted link, which will be then sent to the recipent.

5. I have accidentally shared link with public, how can I delete it now?

You can always revoke the access to your data by logging into the Sypher.
