Dropzone is a feature in Sypher that enables users to create a secure location where people can submit their sensitive data to the user with ease. Dropzone is particularly useful when the user needs to collect sensitive information from different sources. Instead of requesting the data from different people separately, they can share the Dropzone link with all parties to upload the requested data in a single location.
Creating a Dropzone in Sypher is simple, just follow the below steps:
You can also select multifile option, if you want to provide flexibility to users to upload multiple files.
Users who are granted access to the Dropzone can upload their files by clicking on the provided link. Users will be required to fill in the requested fields and upload files to complete the process.
In Sypher, the history feature allows users to view the activity of their Dropzone. Users can check who has accessed the Dropzone, what was uploaded, and when. You can access the history by clicking on the “History” option in the left-hand navigation pane.
Under Action, if yu click on view, you can see the list of responses, and also you can update the settings for the dropzone.
Furthermore, users can check the responses submitted by people who have accessed the Dropzone by clicking on the “Responses” tab. In this section, users can view and download the files uploaded by users along with their responses. The responses section also provides information on the date and time of the response.
